You can tell that the hotel could use more staff. Those who were there tried very hard to maintain a very busy property. I really appreciated the very friendly and hard working staff. Jamie, the lady handling the breakfast area Was truly an angel and so VERY hardworking.

The stuff they are so friendly cooperative and polite Especially mr MIKE the lobby guy and the shuttle driver HANNIN (if amnt mistaken there name ) they were very nice THEY HELP ME A LOT i really appreciate 👍👌 The room was so clean every thg was organized well

Got stuck in DC due to cancelled flights. Decent hotel with a nice man working the overnight shift. Got a quick breakfast and then left on the free airport shuttle. No complaints and thankful the night shift reception dealt with so many of us.

very close to Dulles airport with free shuttle bus service. Rooms are clean the gas station is close with Fresh food restaurant 24 hours with hot coffee available will stay again when I stay in Dulles airport

The staff were really very friendly and helped me for planning the day trip and they really helped in shuttle services from airport pickup and drop facilities. Really appreciate it.

We had a flight cancellation and spent one night at this hotel and left very early next morning. It was a good place to stay.
